Robin Jones,
who joined in June 2003, is a Director of Catapult. Robin graduated as
a Chemical Engineer from Bath University and worked with BP and Blue
Circle before joining a Development Bank in New Zealand for six years.
Prior to joining Catapult, Robin was with 3i plc for 20 years working
in Leicester and as Director in Newcastle and Birmingham. Robin has
completed well over 100 transactions from early stage technology based
businesses through to large buy outs. He has overall responsibility for
the funds’ portfolio assets and continues to make investments in the
Growth Fund. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Melton Mowbray Building Society.
